What it is and who it serves.

Professional Construction LLC is a contractor based in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) operating since 2012. Specialized in roofing (asphalt shingles and commercial TPO), James Hardie siding, gutters and interior remodeling. Licensed in DC (#410526000160) and Maryland (#152249).

02 · The problem

What's broken.

Strong local reputation but no online presence. All lead generation came from referrals and off-line advertising. Without a site, clients could not validate credentials (licenses, insurance), see past work, or request quotes after hours.

What I did.

Full-stack development of the site, brand direction and social media management for the US operation. More than a one-shot freelance: part of the marketing team.

01 Multi-page Astro 5 site with dedicated pages per service.
02 Hero with clear CTAs for quote requests and direct calls.
03 License and credential block above the fold to build trust.
04 Services grid with specific copy (asphalt shingles, commercial TPO, James Hardie siding, gutters, drywall, kitchen, bath, decks).
05 Local SEO oriented to the DMV area (DC + Maryland + Virginia).
06 Active brand and social media management in the US.
